Soulful Sundays - Weekly Golf Clinic
A SAFE SPACE FOR ASHY SWINGS
- 8am, Sundays through November 23rd we meet at the Practice Net and Putting Greens for basic swing instructions, then break into groups of four to play 9-holes.
- 9-holes takes about 2-hours, we play a Best Ball, Captain's choice format. Takes the pressure off.
- Wear clothes you can move freely in, and comfortable shoes you don't mind getting dirty.
- Sligo Creek Golf Course is located at 9701 Sligo Creek Pkwy, Silver Spring, MD 20901
- Bring the kids! (one adult per child)

- You don't need clubs.

Participant Demographics
Soulful Sundays is a safe space for women and children to learn the game of golf in community. All you need is balls.
Most of our first timers are between 35-54. It’s never too late to learn something new, and it's always the right time to have fun.
Designed for new and novice Black golfers, we provide an hour instruction, then play 9-holes. Most play a few times a month.
